On a matter so simple as the gender of a connector, I expect a definitive answer. Yes, as Erik has points out, it could be due to their incompetence, but that doesn't excuse anything. If I had been sufficiently interested to read their documentation in full, I'd probably have found the information I needed, but ... I asked for specific information and was given vague and incomplete information instead.

I asked the question more than once, referring back to the first query in the subsequent ones. Nevertheless, instead of answering my question, the support staff answered a different question, that didn't help me.
