the reset should get active when VCC drops below the specified VCCmin for the microcontroller. To be absolutely precise, you should look also into the datasheet of MCP101, as it has some tolerance of the trip voltage, too (a related experience of mine described here).

Not looking into the datasheets, I personally would go for the 4.6V...
