You can try AT89C51RD2 or AT89C51ED2 as the ISP method is so simple. You just need two push switches. Conenct S1 on RST pin on one end and VCC on other pin. Connect S2 to PSEN at one end, and GND at other end.
Download Flip Software from Atmel website. It is very easy to find there, you can use Search box there. When FLIP is installed, run it. Press F2 and select you microcontroller. then Press F3 and turn your Microcontroller power ON. Connect your Microcontroller to the serial port of PC. Now press S1 and then press S2, then leave S1 and leave S2 and click on "Connect" Button on the Software. your software will get connected. Press F4 to load your file and press RUN to program your Microcontroller Flash.
