AT89C51ED2 PDIL-40 package is obsolete
AT89C51RD2 - the package doesnt seem to be suitable; also it costs $8.4 a piece(that's not a big problem). A PDIP package would really be great.
Flip Software tool by Atmel expects a hex file; SDCC generates ihx file. Would this be a problem??
Alternatively, is there any other free C-compiler that will generate a hex file? I dont expect my code size to be too big!
