 		 #146716 - RST through MCP101 and DTR of RS232

In Flash Magic's manual on page 48 it is stated that, "DTR needs to be connected to RST to allow Flash Magic to control the reset of the device."
They have also shown the corresponding block diagram.
So this means including one more IC in the hardware(for reset through DTR).
So evevtually it means that RST pin of the controller is connected to (1)MCP101 reset_out and (2) DTR(via,via)
