no 'C' sounds like a Hmos part. If, indeed it is it will load your but to its knees. In the days we usewd HMOS, you had to keep your fingers off the chips. and toshiba "refuses to know" the TMP82c55, it is a "partminer" part. Where do you get all that old stuff from I am sure thsi will not be necessary in teh PCB version. using discontinued chips and "hoping" to get them for "teh PCB version", have you thought that one through.
