Dear Farshid,
Anyway you have to drill for the throught hole devices , so what is hard in drilling some more ? Nothing, I could drill. But one more doubt. Consider I am putting the tracks on the bottom layer, and ground plane on top layer. I am inserting the thru-hole components from top layer, and soldering them on the bottom layer. Now, how can I solder the pins which are to be grounded? Since I am having top layer as ground plane, I cannot solder the IC sockets, and FRC connectors! For the pins which are to be grounded, will have just an isolated pad on the bottom layer, how to complete the electrical connection to the top layer?! (I am having a solution for this, but that is cumbersome, please tell me what you think) Cheers, Vignesh. |
