Dear Vignesh,
As Andy said this would act more like a shield.Althought this would be better than a single sided PCB but the grounding problems still exist. If you could connect every ground point of your PCB to this metal shield then it would act more like a solid ground plane and give you benefits of lower inductance on traces. BTW are you making PCBs by yourself ? Farshid |
