Thank you so much, Dear Kai, I was trying to devise a home-brewing method for double sided boards, and Andy's idea sounds great.
I also love to have double sided boards, or atleast one dedicated ground plane. I was such an enthusiast in my younger days, I always use to do even hand-drilling by myself. I always wanted to finish my projects, completely by me, from schematic drawing to soldering. Now-a-days, I am fabricating PCBs for the prototypes, and for implemetations, I am giving out to commercial double sided PCB manufacturers(but the cost and lead time are not affordable).(Charles was discussing a two layer method here) Coming back to Electronics, I have to submit a solid project for final year Bachelor's, so I wanted to design a robust project, both in hardware and software perspective.
