#106296 - Great! Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Thanks for you reply, Farshid. Your replies are very proper, nearly answering every line!(and in mails too:)
Of course, by making a double sided PCB.You'll need to use Toner Transfer for both sides of the PCB.(Like Mr Karas' method) 1. What is Mr. Karas' method? I could not find his post. 2. Yes, I could do the toner transfer both sides, but the alignment problem? How do you handle this, Farshid? I have tried twice, but the alignment mars the boards. A good approach in routing for having a ground plane would be to route every other signal other than GND on a single layer .Then let your your CAD to Autoroute the GND plane for you in the other layer. Yes, FreePCB does a fine job for me. There is no need to delete them since they are not connected to anywhere.Your CAD ware would take care of them when it routes the Polygon (Ground Plane) I would get some more clearance if I dont have any pads in the ground layer. Do not hurry , Althought everybody like to hear your thoughts soon but it is very hard for you,the questioner (Specially for us as non-english users), to respond rapidly. (Been there ,Done that) Cheers!!! Vignesh |
