#106293 - Special ink Responding to: ???'s previous message |

I was using this etch resistant ink method for signal traces, sometimes, the tracks get etched away Yes, this happened to me too. Because of that I began to use rather expensive "Dalo 2M Professional". It's a free flowing but thick ink, giving thick and robust surfaces. Never disappeared while etching. By the way, I used Ammonium_Persulfat for the etching, rather low temperatures and much movement of the board. Vignesh said:
The biggest challenge is the alignment of top and bottom layers: even an 1mm offset will completely ruin the board. Make two little holes through the foils and the PCB... I had drilled all the holes for the pins first, then I draw the whole circuit onto both layers. Kai |
