For someone like Erik, ... replacing 100 units of his product is probably not an issue, since he's shipping 10M/year. For him, if a unit "breaks" after a week or two, it's just a field service problem.
Not at all. Our reputation is based on quality. Also, due to the gegraphic distribution out cost for a warranty call is >$500. I am, in no form or fashion, arguing against making sure production units are working, the discussion is whether to test the components or the finished product. Erik |
