There's nothing wrong in your question and I know (or at least I think I know) what type of testing you have in mind.
It's just you asked too generally so my low-cost low-volume case fits in - that's why I answered. It's the simple economics which makes me to think in this way. The cost of failed boards (plus all associated costs) are less than the cost of developing a test of what you desire - and even if it would not be the case, I simply have to accept this risk. Call it garage approach, I don't mind (or maybe even I am sort of proud of it... :-) JW |
