#117413 - but the 66x has (from memory)
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Anyway, just wondering what's with all these vary similar derivatives. The 668 sounds like an RD2 but with more SRAM (8k instead of 1k if memory serves). Is there anything else special about this part (that isn't present on the RD2)?
I may mention things in the Rx2, I have not been there for a while, but the 66x has (from memory)
PCA
HW IIC
plenty internal RAM
on board super
dual dptr
more ??

Curiously, on this page
http://www.semiconductors.philips.com/products/...index.html The 668 is grayed out. I wonder what that means...

The 660, 662 and 664 are available as 'V', the 668 is soon to come. It seems they dropped the C668 as part of the 66x move to 'V' but did not get it included as 'V' in first loop.
