#117225 - 8051 optimal PCB setup
I want to know how I can take the simplest 8051 SBC and put it on a single-sided circuit board. I am a hobbyist, and I don't have professional equiptment, and I want to avoid using jumpers.

My SBC will be slightly different from the traditional. I'm using the 74HC245 to cut the data line between the output of the program ROM, and the input of the microprocessor. why? because I want to be able to program the ROM chip while it is in place, that way, I won't have to always plug-in and remove chips.
and since the 245 has an enable input, I can disable the data while I write to the rom.

I am so stuck on the PCB now. Please give me any assistance. thanks.
