Why don't you want to use the "default" internal UART?


To answere it please read my post: "How can I forward to other interface?" about price consideration.

The same is it with JTAG.



If you'd spent 5 minutes searching the web for 8051 monitor...


I hawe searched the web for 1 day, found plenty of them, but most of them are for external paralel EPROM's and require UART what is not appliable for the our ASIC design. And also the aim is to use the monitor with some IDE enviroment like Keil uVision.

Anyway thanx for the comments.
