Hi Jan,

sorry I was so tired yesterday that somehow I missed your post.

I will try the config files from FlashMon51 to configure it for the SPI interface and I will test it on a generic atmel 8051.

I will ask our ASIC supplier wether is there an RAM with VonNeumann architecture. Because our ASIC is having only a limited pins and therfore it's not possible to connect external paralel EPROM neither RAM (only through SPI).
