You mean as a flash disk (thumb drive) as it comes in the demo or the part itself?

The thumb drive demo reports disk space of 220k (73k free) but it's only making use of the on-chip memory.

The device itself is a uPSD3434 which contains:
- first flash is 256k
- second flash is 32k
- (also 8k SRAM)
