The US$89 includes international shipping, but not any local taxes.
Mine just arrived, and I had to pay an extra GBP 24.08 for VAT and "Brokerage Charges"

So that takes the total cost to about US$130 - but still far cheaper than buying locally!!

(of course, VAT-registered readers can reclaim the VAT...)
