Hi,
mechanical parts and electronic circle is a combination that has a critical frequenz. This critical frequenz is deadly by low RPMs See Motor-diagram:

1. You must go very fast trough this frequenz-part.
a table with e-funktion is useful to go high with RPM
An encoder is good for high RPMs - not for the crititcal
RPM.

2. You must use the normal damping of the mechanic

If You do so: You can go to high RPMs (1000 RPM and more).
