If you still see inaccuracies at 32MHZ clock (are you sure it is not 11.66 from a 3rd overtone xtal running base freq) I think something is amiss other than the clock frequency.


I am not sure if it is using overtone or fundamental. It is 32MHz KDS-9H. It is in DIL14 size and has 4 pins. i tried to search datasheet but couldnt find.
