I am not sure if it is using overtone or fundamental. It is 32MHz KDS-9H. It is in DIL14 size and has 4 pins. i tried to search datasheet but couldnt find.

Erik, this is probably an integrated oscillator. The crystal inside might be (and most probably is) overtone, but then the circuit inside is appropriate to that - they are guaranteed to work at the declared frequency.
