Cut all the lines to LCD by a sharp knife. Does the noise reduce now? Cut SLCK, SDATA, FSYNC by a sharp knife. Does the noise reduce now? Try it again with the other AD9832. If the noise reduces, then it's from ground return currents of these signals. One remedy is to insert 47R resistors in the lines to the LCD and in the SLCK, SDATA and FSYNC lines, right at the DSP. Another way is to enhance the ground routing by inserting as many ground bridges as possible, which connect all the ground fills to each other.
