Hi...!

In my search in form of programming of AT89Sxx, i tried a lot of circuits. The programmers circuits that i found in the web use HCxxx buffers, but i have not this buffers, just LSxxx models; and buy HCxxx become more expensive because i need buy it in your city for the mail ( buy a professional programmer are more expensive too. ).
I build a circuit with pull-ups in LSxxx buffers out, but does not works.
So,i found the CMOS HEX Buffer - CD4010 - It has the 4.95 V in your outs.
I want to know if there is somebody that tested this buffer in programmers circuits for AT89Sxx uControllers...
Or, if there is a alternative for HCxxx buffers. If not, the buy a programmer or a lot HC buffers is better alternative =/
