Well, as you can see, the first 8K CS line goes to teh first RAM (8K).
Now, Flash is selected by the following formula : FlashCS = CS1 AND CS2 AND CS3 AND CS4 The second RAM is selected by : RAM2CS = CS2 AND CS3 AND CS4 AND CS5 I know A11 and A12 are not used in teh address decoder, and this will make the addresses decodabale on multiple addresses but, it will do for now. I will definately correct for this in the final PCB version. |
