This functionality is present in the DS89C420/430/440/450 devices. See the Ultra-High-Speed Flash Microcontroller User's Guide, specifically section 6, for a detailed description of the functionality.

Is anyone else supporting this? If not, one of the "benefits" of using it is proprietary lock-in to a Dallas device.
