Not praise, more like putting things into perspective.
Yes, it is a "horrible" instruction set.
And employee paricipation was one of the main reason for me and some of my customers to move to PIC. We small guys are able to deal directly with the company. So if I cannot solve a problem, I or my customer can try the forum, where other highly experienced members like those on this forum may help and so will the company employees.
Small may not be as correct a description of the Indian market as fragmented.
