What is the clock of your system? The older 82C55 cannot work with system clock of around 8MHz and above.

Instead of answering the question you have posted several times "please help me" which, in addition to you not answering important questions, show that you can not read. The "start a new thread screen" show:
Use a descriptive subject
Subjects such as "Help me" or "project"
are not descriptive.

So, read all posts, answer all questions posted and maybe your poroblem will be solved.
