#130298 - No PL/M... Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Just out of curiosity, I just checked the 1985 Microcontroller Handbook, and the 1984 Microsystems Components Handbook(s) which I've always neglected to throw out, and I don't see anything resembling PL/M for the MCS-48. There's a MCS-48 software support package, but it just mentions a MCS-48 assembler for a proprietary Intel development system. Intel was still pretty big into PL/M at the time. There's mention of PL/M for 8080/8085, 8086, MCS-51, MCS-96, as well as a bunch of code examles in the app notes. It looks like PL/M is completely dead at this point. Is anyone still making a compiler for it? |
