I have never bought the argument that because code size is large then C has an advantage. It doesn't.
Ian, if you could get me a team of 8 assembler gurus for the project I refer to I might buy your argument. I have no doubt that you or I could have done it alone in 6-8 years. For a project that size it took a team of 8 to finish it in one year, and finding the needed human resources in assembler is virtually impossible today. Erik |
