I'm an absolute amateur in the construction details of DC-motors, Steve! I only know what a physicist need to know about it, and that's not much...
So, I hoped to get a scheme from Sun, what at least could give me the chance to recommend a proper test circuit.
Also, I have problems with the language: I don't know actually what Sun means by "bar" and "armature". Not that I haven't seen up to now, how a DC-motor looks like, but I don't know the correct descriptions in english for involved components, and this leads to heavy confusion..
