All I wanted was to know whether anyone had actually seen a source of genuinely fast FLASH memories in the 1M x 16 size and TSOP48 package, which is pretty standard for FLASH memory.

Sadly that's not turned out to be the case, and I guess some other route will have to be found in order to solve this problem.

I'm thankful, of course, for the attention that this matter has gotten.
