 		 #111221 - Has anybody seen FAST FLASH?
I'm hunting for a 1Mx16 FLASH with ~35-40 ns address access time. Have any of you guys seen such a thing? It wouldn't happen to be in TSOP-48 would it? I found one mfg had withdrawn their 55 ns parts. How're we supposed to provide firmware for "fast" MCU's if the external flash won't meet the speed of the MCU?
