Well, you set the constraints so that there is no real solution... You might get somebody to get SRAM in chip or BGA form and repackage it into the TSOP48 (that's the variant with pins at the short sides, isn't it?) but I don't think TSOP wireframes are too easily available and I doubt you will find anybody willing to do this in less than a high volume...
