I built my first 8080 system. I still have the hand written, hand assembled code for the monitor I wrote for it and I was passing parameters in registers to subroutines all over the place
yes, Irecall, with monitors you had 2 options a) a register bank b) a "struct" (something like the values from x47 to x4e) But those of us that really packed did not use monitors or such. Erik |
