What, EXACTLY do you mean by MiC 8051?

For that matter, to what sort of SIPO register are you referring? Is it a 74164-type or one of the many LED-driver types intended for this purpose? How is the matrix organized? How are you connecting them to the MCU ports? Which MCU are you using? What is its clock frequency? What are the characteristics (voltage, current, etc) of the LED matrix?
