cuz i havent even read the Datasheet, (i mean to say that the line about EA pin, :-) )

cuz its very clearly written that it should be teid to vcc,

and yes i would be great full for every body specially SIR JAN,IVEN cuz of their good critisizm, ;-) it really helped me, and i would be using the Decoupling Capacitors, and not using the Bread Board :-)
