Well sir this is the BreadBoard Pic of my circuit,

i have build it only to show, and this is blinking LED,

and sir ofcourse its not working just like other,

NOTE: one more thing that sir that there is also Voltage Regulator, but not shown in pic :-) so forgive my stupidity,
