Well sir for the LED Blinking program the LEDs are not blinking, :-(

and yes all the ports are on Set state,

and for Serial Program the String is not printed fully,

fully means that the some portion of the string is displayed :-(

and i think that it is the strange, (all of the MCUs are giving same response :-( )
