from what i'm seeing (theoritically), the port 0 behave likes the other port where writing 1's will produce output high and vice versa. but technically, it does not happen to me, i'd tried so many times but it always low.
And if writing 0's to this circuit, should the output goes low, isn't (LED off) and vice versa.
