Who sells 'em? Have you any idea what they cost?
sometimes, Richard, you have to do the work yourself. All i know is remembering seeing references to these chips in some forum.
I have no idea, to give you an entrance, I found the datasheet via the Keil device database

Anyhow the datasheet should give you access to the Nordic website and, unleess they have no clue how to sell, I am sure the information (or a phone number) can be found there.
