when both the system are not able to send or receive the data,
we need handshaking signals.when u r communicating with two microcontrollers/like systems,there's no need of handshaking signals.so i need not required any hand shaking signals
what i will do is, i will connect the hardware uart for rs 485 and thge software uart for receiving data from the external system
i think this will work
