how true, and very often the wrong criteria get applied.

All any of us can do is to share experience based opinions and it will be up to the OP to choose.

Then, of course, when the OP is clear as mud, and do not answer questions, it will be 100 times more likely that the "experience based opinions" will be off the mark.
