I have used VIA Nano-ITX both the 533mhz and the 1ghz. They are quite small and Powerful enough to run XP and play videos on . The C3 processor is not the fastest but it does ok. And it runs quite cold with a fan and warm without a fan. Also look at ETX and Enhance ETX boards. Kontronics has a good selection. They are smaller than the Nano-Itx and run a pentium M processor. Dual core .Both boards have built on Video Cards with your standard VGA out. The Nano-ITX has an LCD interface too. Not sure about the ETX boards.
