#108903 - Reply to LCD to "Video" post
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Hello again.

I want to replace the LCD because I am building a project that is based on a device that had an LCD that needs to be removed. The reason being I am trying to build the smallest computer I can to fit into a smaller than normal space. I could not use mini-itx because it did not have enough processor. I need the monitor because the project must have a Win XP gui. I know one option is to use Remote desktop through the Lan port but that is being done for another application other than this one. Although it may seem I am replacing the $2 LCD with a $200 monitor, I am just trying to use one of the extra video inputs the monitor has because I need to save the space of the LCD and its controller and the monitor is nearby and available and very practical if I can use it..
