It is very important to do the correct sequence.

1. disconnect USB
2. hardware condition on 5131. Vcc = 3.3V
3. connect USB
4. Found new Hardware
5. Install driver
6. Run Flip.

Believe me, I struggled for ages to get this running. Follow the steps exactly, and it works.

When driver is installed, Flip works very nicely.
