I changed VCC (Before 5V & 3,3V now) and it is not recognized yet.
Atmel Technical Support Team suggested me changeing Xtal fequency for 12 or 24 MHZ but PC refuses to recognize the home made 89c5131 programmer.

Any suggestion will be grateful!! And i beg your pardon about my bad english-
