#108353 - I could blame "the tools" Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Every body seems to blame the education system.
Those damn professors! Mahmood I could blame "the tools". There seems to be a culture today to use "the tool" of the internet to avoid making anything, just find it. While there are reasons to not reinvent the wheel, those do not apply to education, e.g. you do not learn math by copying solved equations. Based on some posts and some "live" examples, I think some graduates should have their diploma read "copying" rather than "engineering". Is it reasonable to blame the internet for this? BY NO MEANS, the internet ought to have the slogan "pro uso, non pro abuso" Now, to blaming e.g the debugger. Why do some blame the debugger? Simply becuse they REFUSE to understand the underlying technology. If you understood the '51 you would have no problem with the debuggers shortcomings. Erik |
