You don't think so? I thought Frieder's suggestion was pretty much what Jan was looking for. Did I miss something?

Frieders suggestion suffer from Apart from adding some placeholders for segments which makes the whole thing unmaintainable.

Also how does making a C module that start #pragma asm and end #pragma endasm make it C?
