If so, then you should find in the datasheet phrases like "provides high speed architecture" and "so and so many MIPS per second with 24MHz clock!!" or something similar, like it can be found in the datasheet of TS-series. But there's nothing about this speed increase. Only, that you can take a 6MHz instead of a 12MHz to reduce EMI... I think this X2 stuff is only to save power (in idle mode) and reduce EMI (in normal mode). Kai |
